Gindo's small batch Asian-inspired Hmong Pepper Sauce is back! Our latest version features fermented aji rico peppers blended with spicy Carolina Reaper and Bhut Jolokia peppers, garlic and porcini mushrooms.

TASTE:  Garlicky, spicy, and earthy with a distinctly fermented flavor.

TRY WITH:  A bit thicker in texture, this limited release sauce will add tons of fire and complexity to steak, pork, shrimp, beef stew, stir-fry, pho, sticky rice, or grilled veggies.
