2 C greek yogurt
1/4 C Gindo's Green
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp ground white pepper
1 cucumber shaved and grated
1 tbsp fresh minced dill
1 tbsp minced garlic & shallots
1. Combine all ingredients in a serving bowl, mix and enjoy!
2. For better depth of flavor allow tzatziki to refrigerate over night before serving.
